Why would you want to do that?

I am so impreessed.First,let me apologize for not posting,Ive had a few problems lately.
At the beginning of Dec we had an unusual cold front that came through my area and froze my shop,which put me out of work till late last week.My home internet is screwed up and locks my computer every time I try to post.I came back to the shop to log on,but by this time the water and air lines froze and broke...you get the picture.I took all this in stride and just stayed home and worked around the house.Then the big norther hits and freezes everything at my house,but again,I take it in stride and try to carry on.Im thinking about all my friends here and I get my fishing gear and go out to the pond,in 12 degree weather.... and the pond is frozen,no more fishin.Well,again I try to take this in stride so I head back to the garage and figure Ill just tinker with a few projects in there.I start working in there and go out to grab a beer,and the beer is frozen.WELL BOYS,WE AINT STRIDING NO MORE.Thats it,thats the last straw.I aint puttin up with this.I get in my truck and its froze and wont start.So here we are.I take my frzen beer out and make a shine on the pond,lay dawn on the ice and prepare to freeze to death.Im figuring TomG strcture for the pond this spring.Just as Im about to sucumb to the frigid cold,the sun comes outthaws the ice just enough for me to break through.As Im sinking into oblivian I grab a beer to take to the bottom with me and low and behold,it thawed enough to drink.So I swam to the side of the pond,shivering and freezing cold,hypathermia setting in,look towards the warm house,turn back around and lauch my boat to rescue the rest of the beer.

Well I guess I can call off the search party then. Don't ever do that again. Sunil couldn't get in touch with you to fire you. I didn't know where the hell you were, and after my Pond Boss 3 Conference present from you, that always makes me nervous. Don't make us put an ankle monitor on you.

Bingo.Just got the virus off my second comp at work.2 outta 3 aint bad for someone as computer challenged as me.At least I can post from work again.
Jeff,Sunil DID call me at home,but my wife had me building a swingset for the grandkids for christmas and had me locked in the garage.Being without internet access is a big bummer.

When I called and spoke to Sherri (sp?), I told her why I was calling. She said TOM G was "in the garage drinking a beer," and asked if I wanted to talk to him.

I replied "no, it sounds like he's doing fine."

Hard to read the instructions on those 10,000 piece swing set manuals after about 3 beers. Glad you are back Tom.

Unforunatly,I didnt get any instructios.I built it from scratch.10 ft high,16 ft long with 4 swings,2 gliders and a 10 ft slide.The kids were playing on it when it was 22 outside.
