jsec Lunker J Joined: May 2004 Posts: 91 W PA	Just an update for the record. Shortly after CJ's last post I stocked 3 lbs. of shiners. Last week, Oct. 21, I was able to source SMB from TJ. Rainman delivered (35) 3"-5" fish. He also had 2"-4" YP and shiners aboard so I got (40) YP and about 7 lbs. of shiners. Five days have since passed with zero floaters.

You might be able to still feed for a few more days with these warmer temperatures we're having now. When Rainman was at my pond last Friday, water temps were just about 51/52 and there was still some light feeding going on. Excerpt from Robert Crais' "The Monkey's Raincoat:" "She took another microscopic bite of her sandwich, then pushed it away. Maybe she absorbed nutrients from her surroundings."
