You could also use podn for put and take trout oct- July. They will grow from 8 inches to 14 inches in that timeframe I think unless you are covered in ice more than I think.
Won't last until July here. Most likely late May unless it's a cool spring and then early June.
My first year with trout was a warmwater pond. What weren't caught died by late May.
