As my ole pappy used to say, "so muddy you can track a coon across it".
Eddie, can you tell me what type reeds are in the water? Are they naturlly occurring or planted? My pond is going on 3 yrs. and no edge type vegetation yet. Only cattails keep trying to establish in a low spot between field and pond hollow.
