No Scott, I'm in West Texas. The dividing line is Dallas/Fort Worth.

When God made the world, He created the Western half of Texas and saw that it was good. With all of the crap He had left over, He put on the Eastern side. Then He created the Trinity River as a kind of demarcation line for His chosen people. Then He made it rain more in the Eastern areas to assure that it flushed properly. West Texas doesn't need to be watered as often as East Texas.
