I am stocking around 1000 BG, 300 redear, 200 hybrid crappie, 200 catfish, 200 LMB fingerlings and 25 pounds of minnows. All the stocked fish will be between 1-3 inches in size with the exception of the ctfish which will be around 3-5 inches.
The pond has had water in it for at least 4 or 5 months and, with all-time record rains in October, is full. The water was muddy, but is clearing up pretty well. Hybrid Crappie - Magnolia Crappie? Please let us know how they do - sounds like a great experiment and we all need to know more about the HBC role in pond management.
