Bill start a new pond and be sure there is a peanut patch nearby. We need another Ga meeting so we can get some good peanuts. This time we won't let Otto or DD1 hold the bag. Any news from the old pond ? Those babies need a place to learn to fish from gramps. Bill I have help now so I don't have to check as often. Plus I never have to check on what you post - I know it will be ok. You and I wern't the problem before we just had to clean up after others.

Perhaps someone should point out that Georgia Giants have been a very controversial topic on the board in the past and hence the suggestion that reading old posts might be advisable. Oh sure, get all intelligent, logical and reasonable on us. PS, I still snicker at your BG story from PBCONII.

I heard this story second hand but as soon as Georgia Power bought the property it became the fishing hole for the land department people. Not long after one of the top guys fished it, caught a bunch of 2 pound bream and put a stop to all fishing. It is now being developed into a fishing pond for disabled children.
Funny you mentioned peanuts there are two types of peanuts white and red (spanish). White peanuts is all I have been able to find and is what we had at the meeting. I was at a small vegatable stand this week and they had dry spanish peanuts, they are soaking as we speak.

Sounds like the old pond is going to good use. Give us a report on the outcome of the peanuts. Those white ones were very good !!

Hey Bill, when you finish soaking the goobers, send some to Otto.
It's not about the fish. It's about the pond. Take care of the pond and the fish will be fine. PB subscriber since before it was in color.
