Actually, I haven't seen a good directional corn feeder and I've tried several of them. A deer feeder with a shield around one side will work but you get a lot of $$ feed on the ground. I think I would just build a small floating dock if I were going to use a deer feeder. Put a wire varmint excluder around the motor and timer.
