Actually, I don't think it was Jeff I was describing, but rather Mick. Only Mick would be attuned to the genesis of a gang culture, fish tank or elsewhere. Poor Stanley would probably tremble in his shoes and lose control of his bladder if he encountered that sort of element, and Rodney would quickly joke his way out of trouble. But Mick . . . Mick understands.
