Just a word of caution, a company I worked for installed a similar product and during a heavy rain period they sank when driven over, these were the commercial variation of the product you are looking at.

So there could be the added cost of an underlayment if the area doesn't support a car already.

Might look at what your local dirt roads are covered with if the budget is tight. Then as funds become available add gravel.
