I got my first pond in the early 1990s and I think that at that time there was another pond owner magazine. It seems as if it was published somewhere in the midwest.
There was a pond mag that was more of a brochure type publication that was developed by a pond owner somewhere near Momence IL. It was a family owned fish hatchery business that ceased doing the publication when the Patriarch of the family passed on.
