I use swimming pool chemicals and a wood bottom is easier to walk on! I hope I won't need it any longer than 3 feet when I start fertilizing. Right now the clarity is a little over 3 feet and that's too much.
If pigs could fly bacon would be harder to come by and there would be a lot of damaged trees.
