My wife is great and she loves to fish also.
The rub is who has to watch the kids, so that's where 'asking' comes in.

I have a friend that has to ASK permission to go fishing. Not to see if he needs to watch the kids or there something else on their agenda, but PERMISSION. He definitely has a ring in his nose.
If pigs could fly bacon would be harder to come by and there would be a lot of damaged trees.
