I was given an Application To Date My Daughter from the dad of a girl I was seeing when I was a young man. Pretty funny. Basically it had all these things like, Do You Have Tattoos, Piercings, Own A Van, etc. And if I checked any of the above I was to leave the premises, running in a zigzag pattern. He had a nice sense of humor. Too bad his daughter didn't.
