Blue cats...Overtone Fisheries has some of the best genetic strain of blue cats out there. I am trying to get a bunch of us who would like some to get up a big Order!!! He has nice larg fish that are pellet trained as well.
As a note Blue cat also taste better than channel!! The meat is more flakey and more firm and does not have that strong taste!!
