I'm new to the forum and loving it. We're working on a pond via the wetlands restoration program and we'll also build one ourselves while they're here digging. I bought the book and subscribed to the magazine but I'd like to get on the worm thing right now for fishing while I wait for my ponds. If anyone wants to sell a few hundred worms and could ship them to upper Michigan I'd like to buy some. I know there's websites to buy them but I was thinking that someone wouldn't mind a few bucks in their pocket to support the habit.  I can paypal it or send check or money order. Thanks tom fornicola

Tomfor, most of us(wormers) are too far South to grow or even keep night crawlers.
It's not about the fish. It's about the pond. Take care of the pond and the fish will be fine. PB subscriber since before it was in color.

Euro crawlers are not exactly what you think of when you think of nightcrawlers. To most of us nighcrawlers are the canadian variety. These are very heat tolerant.

Bonafide3, I would appreciate you telling us how you came to have 25 beds of crawlers. If you have already did so I am red faced. Our they raised in a building? Just fill me in or guide me to your article. Yes I read and forget, this comes with being young. thanks
