Trouble it most likely they do not test for the nine pathogens required for five consecutive years that my state requires for importation. If I have to I will get them from a place called the Musky Trout Farm here:

I'd like to convince my trout supplier to produce some but there are no guarantees.

If pigs could fly bacon would be harder to come by and there would be a lot of damaged trees.
