im a newbie on ponds but the native fish are large mouthbass,bluegill and bullheads. i added 100 rainbow trout 14 inch ,70 yellow perch 3-5 inch , 40 channel cats 6-8 inch and 4000 fathead minnows. the pond is spring fed and also water comes of a mountain into it, i put a bucket under the flow and it averaged out to 350-400 gallons a hour did i make a mistake by adding rainbow trout
