I just can't see how it would pay to get an attorney, probably have to get insurance, all to just make $1K or $2K! That's all I'll probably get out of this plus the fun of seeing people have a good time. I just don't want to make a long term deal out of this just an opportunistic deal while I have the big fish. I'm thinking right now that if I try this I might just be very selective about the clients and take my chances. Maybe have them sign a liability waiver at most.
