I'm not trying to discourage you Bz. I'm a business owner myself. I know it can seem overwhelming considering all of the possibilities that could happen when in all likely hood none of them will happen. That being said all it takes is one lawsuit and your mind will be forever changed.

I agree with Ewest, if that is the advice that you are getting then you are not speaking with the right attorney. But that's just my goofy opinion.
