Is that a forbidden thing amongst pondmeisters?

When new Pondmeister's show up here with questions, the first question the experienced Pondmeister's usually ask is "what are your goals?". I think any goal for building a pond is worthy if it's what you really want. I don't think any pond goals or activities are frowned upon as long as they're legal and honest.
