Is it holding water with the liner installed? It should be easy to tell where the leak is because wouldn't the water just drop to that level?
Wouldn't it just be a matter of finding the leak and patching it or is the whole liner trashed? He said it was leaking?
If pigs could fly bacon would be harder to come by and there would be a lot of damaged trees.
