Knocking around the idea of one. Got a couple of old laptops laying around and a storage shed going in soon with a small solar sytem to recharge batteries, run a few lights, etc. Plug in a webcam, connect it to the 'net through a cellular provider, and I found a live cam site that shows feeds to up to 15 users at a time for free. . Another forum I am on is going to use this idea to provide a feed to their big yearly get together on their forum for those that can't attend.
