That may be the best thing to do with the situation right now.

I'd want to get something more aggressive than CC in there to control the goldfish. Smallish bass, say 8"-10", would be able to eat the GF YOY OK, without touching the RES or HBG adults.

Anything big enough to eat the 9" adult GF would be capable of denting your sunfish population, so I think I'd target the big GF with angling.

I don't remember the specifics on your pond; do you want to avoid a breeding population of LMB? If so, single sex LMB (hard to DIY except during the spawn, IMO) or HSB might be the ticket. For HSB, I'd want 10"-12" due to the smaller mouth size.
