LMB 6" or longer should be fine - it would take a hell of a crappie to eat a 6" bass. 8-10" is a size that many hatcheries offer later in the year, and that size would definitely be okay. Greg should be able to hook you up, and he's based out of GA so he's probably be your best bet.
