Too late to quit! There are already over 200 pounds of highly trained members of the Rainman Blue Tilapia Brigade on a mission in California to convert northern GSF and Southern CPA's into high quality bass forage.

The first reports back to HQ claim the GSF are poorly trained fighters,(but quite tasty), and the feared deathstar appears to be another hoax akin to Saddam's WMD programs, nothing more than a fear tactic employed to prevent an all out assault on the defenseless ponds. Other reports state the first CPA being targeted could produce as much as 500 pounds of growth for the self-sufficiant fighting force. They report they are waiting for the right moment o attack so it will appear a French shark was to blame so they can avoid exposure.

I am leaving in a few moments to deliver some T to a couple of Indiana forum members---a third, new member is going to call during the run and may be on the way for the run. Maybe esshup can copy and paste some of the adventure with the new truck. I have to get it looking better before posting pics----give it a week or two.

Scott, sorry I missed your post. I went to Terre Haute first and met with two people. One got 20 pounds of a wide size range from 2-10 inches, most were in the 3/8-1/2 pound size. The other got 30 2-4" blues and I thew in 4 Red tilapia for ornamentals for his aquaponics system. Then I headed north almost to Gary to put another 20 pounds in a pondboss members wtaering hole.

First official run in the new truck---1186 miles round trip. Left at 2pm sunday and got home about 15 minutes ago with a 3 hour nap and an hour at a repair shop getting some minor work done and more scheduled.

I knew it! GSF are the Man behind the curtain. Paper tigers. Toothless lions. Trunkless alligators. I'm not afraid any more. Much.

On the other hand, the nitrogen content of a green sunfish has apparently been seriously UNDERESTIMATED, as Rainmans tomatoes are thriving.
