I know a guy that is in the business of setting up and building the systems that burn cow manure to make electricity. He says you would not believe the thousands of head of cattle and the smell in some small areas of Texas. Said one facility burns at least several hundred tons of it every day from just near one town.
I think some of our Texan friends here can probably fill us in better.
