Bob, I have used a "Boga Grip" for a number of years - Berkely is a knock off.
It is very accurate to 1/4# graduations and can be certified.
High quality stainless steel by pricy.

walmart kitchen scale especially if wanting to measure small fish less than 5 lbs.
