I have a question about keeping mosquitos away. I know several folks that hang clear ziplock bags with water in them around porches, back yard trees, etc. under the assumption that it will repel mosquitos. Does anyone know if that tactic really works, or is it a wives tale? If it does work, what is the science behind it?
