If I did the Math right, a perimeter of 275 ft would give a maximum size of just over 1/8 acre IF it was round. Oval will make it somewhat smaller.

Circumference = 2 x Pi x R = 275 ft

Radius = 275 /2 x Pi = apx. 44 ft

Area = Pi x R squared = apx 6050 sq ft
