Cool videos rockytopper. What are you feeding? It looks a little bigger than GFC. Is it common for LMB to eat the feed? I have one LMB that will always come and take feed.

I always hear the term feed trained bass on here but I have a couple that took to it naturally I guess. When they first started coming to the feed they would show up and make quick runs in and out after the BG started feeding. This year the 2 bass are waiting on me to show up and they are the first to the feed. They even chase the BG around trying to keep it all for themselves. They don't seem to like the turtles either in their space.

rockytopper, Do you always feed your fish from the same area? When I feed my fish off the dock, they eat but not in numbers like yours. I always try to walk around the pond to feed to keep them spread out. (Unless its windy, then I feed from the side the wind is blowing). I'm just curious (if you do feed your fish from the same area) how much size difference is from one side of the pond to the other???

Hang loose, I always feed from the same spot mainly because it is only about 20 ft from my back door to the dock. I don't feed constantly or even regularly like someone who has a feeder on a timer. I have not seen any difference in size from one area of the pond to the other. Most of the Bass that are normally caught tend to be on the opposite bank across from the dock. The biggest BG has been caught away from the feeding area also. The Bass in the video are the same 2 and occasionally a third one shows up. The area around the dock seems to be their territory.

Did you ever tackle your weed problem?
It's not about the fish. It's about the pond. Take care of the pond and the fish will be fine. PB subscriber since before it was in color.

Dave thus far the weeds are just now starting there clear water summer cycle. The fishing has been great so far no weeds.

My pets are restless when I get home in the evenings. Watch how they follow me around the dock after I get in thier site. I have 2 bass that are waiting for me ever day to get home.  This next video is just to show you folks what I have to put up with every day when I return home.  The Lord has really blessed my family. God bless you guys and God Bless America. May all of your pond lifes be as wonderfull as ours.

I know what you mean. Rarely does a week go by that my wife and I don't say to each other, "Can you believe we live in such a beautiful place?" And rarely does a day go by that I don't thank the Man upstairs.
