The main concern for Buckeye is that his pond is 2 ac. A pond this size with an out of control crappie populaition will be much more diffciult and time consuming (expensive?) to fix the problem of overpopulatied stunted crappie COMPARED to a 1/4 - 3/4 ac pond. The small pond is much easier to start over.
