Catfish, I just went through the same thing. Look out on the internet for a web site. Most small towns have basic information listed, you'll find dozer men there. Once you get a contact, talk to them. You'll be suprised at the information they'll share. Expect to get FREE : watershed analysis, soil samples, and a personal meet and greet session. Walk the place over, let them do the review and come back with options for you. Make sure your dozer man has years of experience, you'll be suprised at the problems you land can pose for them.
