If you don't mind me asking, how long was your antibiotic treatment?
I think it was 10 days. I believe if you start antibiotics early it's easy to cure Lyme disease. Our neighbor's daughter had it a few years ago and didn't know it for a while. She wound up on intravenous antibiotics.
We have loads of wood ticks too. The dog always gets them but they are huge compared to deer ticks.
