So what's the recommendation? In addition to aeration, do I try to harvest out all the bullhead so there's less silt being stirred up?

Thanks, CJBS2003. The place is exactly what the wifey and I (mostly I) have always wanted for our kids. Being brought up on a farm myself, I couldn't imagine growing up without space to roam and get dirty.
