You may be having a wash off issue increasing the sediment load in your pond. If you can get vegetation establish around the perimeter of your pond, your pond may very well clear up...
A ratio of 150 LMB to 200 BG is not a typical stocking rate. Was there a specific reason for stocking these numbers? You maybe want to consider stocking more BG.
