Thanks THP, I couldn't do much experimenting this morning with misty rain and falling temps so upped my feed time to 20 seconds twice a day using AQMX 600.
I tested with 20 second time this morning and a WAG is that it
fed about the same amount that my old Stren/AquaPro feeds AQMX in 2 seconds @.7 sec.
I'll return to ponds next week and it should be obvious as to much feed reduced in bin.
By your estimate of 1.5#'s per 10 seconds should be 6#'s/day, or down by 30#'s by Tuesday.

The feeder appepars to be is operating properly and I love the feed pattern.
Could it be a timer problem?
Just checked my Texas Hunter feeder after and my hopper was empty - don't know when it ran out since 7 days ago had some WAG 20-30#'s in the hopper.
Had it set at 20 seconds twice a day which would be 6#"s per TH 1.5 lbs/10 seconds.
I'm going to guesstimate for my convenience about 1#/10 seconds, and readjust as needed.
The "problem" with my TH feeder was of my own negligence.
I left feed in the hopper last fall/early winter after fish kill, and began feeding off and on through winter but feed was erratic so just left it off until a few weeks ago.
When I turned it back on it would not feed at all - then only sporadically, and now turned it om for constant large feeding cycles, it works perfectly.
The lesson learned again is don't leave feede in hopper for long periods of time, for humidity and cold weather will cause problems with any feeder.
They all need to be maintained.
I love my Texas Hunter feeder - great feed pattern and doesn't dump feed on the ground.
