Better late than never I guess. Here's mine:

1) Quality private fishery
5) Some limited hunting
6) To attract wildlife for viewing and/or preservation
16) To provide escape, peace, and relaxation (therapeutic or otherwise)
25) A safe close to home place to give the dogs some water training (Springer Spaniels)
