Due to time differences, we may have a few minutes to, say, kick a man when he's offline.
I'm not sure what JHAP means when he get's abused on the forum and types "Oh Snap," but it cracks me up.
But I want to investigate and may need some light prodding help.
Let me get started.
Admiration of the Green Sunfish is merely a ruse to hide other inadequacies in basic Pond Management Skills.
Drinking Rum & Cokes is just weak.
Being a CPA is.......

Sunil,
I've been equally curious about the "Snap", but afraid to ask as it is often the reply to my ruminations on the shortfallings of L. cyanallus.
As for your other lines of engagement, I think it is only sporting to give the man a pass until mid April. He's busy, and seems especially so this year. I, for one, do not wish to support the GSA in even the most oblique way, such as through the vehicle of unemployment benefits for its president.
However, JHAP, it's gloves off after April 15!!!

OK but I think you're going too easy on the man.
Take a quick shot, you know, before he logs on with his coffee.
Come on. You know you want to.

You're right, of course, I'm like a green sunfish eyeing an unprotected nipple.
I am, however, relying on "the better angels of [my]nature" to stymie this impulse.

Oh snap was a line used in the rap parody "Just a Friend" by Biz Markie. It became somewhat of a slang term for use following insult or surprise. A YTMND featuring a picture of Biz Markie and the line (cut out of the original song) was created, creating somewhat of a mini-fad. Later, a Volkswagen commercial, "Unpimp Ze Auto" showed a German spokesperson saying "Oh snap" after a "pimped out" car was wrecked. This also spawned dozens of "Unpimp ze-" YTMNDs. from ytmnd wiki. I don't know what the YTMND stands for but at least we have an explanation of "Oh Snap" JHAP is one hip dude. He's stayin fresh with the lingo. Word up to JHAP. Peace out yo.

Jhap,
You were so ugly as a child, they had to tie a steak around your neck just to get the dog to play with you.

If I were participating in this unsportsmanlike activity, which I'm not, I would correct this to read:
"You're so ugly you'd make a freight train take a dirt road to get around you"

First off those were two of the lamest "You're so ugly" jokes I've ever heard. A better joke would be: Yolk: You're so ugly that when you were born, the doctor looked at your mom and said, ''This is going to cost extra if I have to spank his bottom."Or FMB, You're so ugly, your mom had to be drunk to breastfeed you!As for some schooling:YTMND = You're The Man Now Dog Oh Snap = generally considered an expression of disbelief usually after getting told. Getting told = being insulted. Example of good use of the phrase OH SNAP: Urban flow chart for the proper use of "OH SNAP": Class dismissed.
Sunil, go stand in the corner.

Is that a picture from your office JHAP? That is probably the best explanation of the phrase "Oh Snap!" I have ever seen.

Sunil just got pwnd.
Watch out, JHAP's gonna get crunk in this hizzle...fo shizzle.
If you need me, holla at the celly, yo.
Translation: "While originally exhibiting his glorious wit at the expense of our dear friend Jeff, as evidenced by a humorous (albeit childish) statement about an otherwise positive female influence in Jeff's life, Sunil ultimately lost the exchange. Jeff's well-timed retort proves his linguistic superiority, at least when it comes to foul humor.
If we do not cease and desist, Jeff will continue to display his superior linguistic skills at our expense. (That's a better explanation of crunk than crunk = crazy + drunk, which undoubtedly would be another accurate reference to Jeff). He will do so on the internet message forum "Pond Boss," which most people mistakenly believe is a website dedicated to managing private waters. He will inevitably continue to act this way; it is not up for debate.
I can be contacted via cellular telephone should anyone have questions or inquiries about this topic."

Jhap,
You were so ugly as a child, they had to tie a steak around your neck just to get the dog to play with you. And just where did you get the idea that he grew up? Sunil, you havent gone near far enough to have to stand in the corner yet, stand up for yourself.Be the man(idiot)you were when you started this thread

Awww come on Sunil. I've met some really grounded, manly CPA's. Well, a couple. Well, maybe 1. Let me think about it.

Not that they should be necessarily aimed at anyone in particular, but I'd like to continue the collection of "You're so ugly" jokes:
"You're so ugly, you have to sneak up on a glass of water."
"You're so ugly, you have to back into an elevator."
"You're so ugly, your wife takes you with her everywhere, so she never has to kiss you goodbye."

I'm going to lunch and am going to load down with some sub-par Mexican food in order to agitate my gastro-intestinal system to provide fuel to come up with some kind of good retort.
Look out.

You're so ugly that GSF only bite you because they're actually going after their reflection from your head!
Lord, please forgive me and bless the starving pygmies in New Guinea!

See, Theo has it.
Tread lightly there Bobad. I have trained for many years in the ancient and mysterious art of Penteldo. I know thirty one ways to kill you with a mechanical pencil. I can snap your bones easier than .5 9B lead. My hands are registered as lethal weapons with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. So show some respect.

Never fear; I opted for fried chicken and a salad instead. I did have onions on the salad though. Accordingly, it will take a few hours to generate the intestinal angst so needed to counteract you, JHAP.

Well, it was really more to fuel my creative juices so to speak, kind of like suffering for the sake of your art.
