Truthfully that's not me. Is it a ranch or a subdivision? I'm blocked and can't see it.
As far as Dry-creek we got lucky with this pond. We haven't had a runoff event sense aug and the pond is only down about a foot. My ponds just 3 miles away are all down 4 ft or more as are many ponds in the area.
It is still for sale. Any DFW or Waco PONDBOSS wanabees out there?
