I have siphoned out my 1.5 acre pond this winter and will be restocking this spring starting with forage and then bass in the fall. I will put fhm and bg in for sure. Is there a down side to golden shiners? I would like to have a strong forage base to get the bass going fast and then hopefully keep them going. Can GS become a problem eating the eggs of the fhm and bg? Next question, is a box of 250K shiners from Anderson's too many to put in a pond 6 months before a predator will be introduced?
