I don't even have legit 3 inchers. Definitely made a mistake not warming the water and getting them on pellets sooner. What's your temp rainman? and what are you feeding? Now I know why they ate the hyacinth, they were hungry!
In the last month I think I probably feed them 5-6 times a day.. I just need to get them to 5 inches or so to not worry about them becoming bass food.
