It's misleading; the turtle is just below the surface by the bank. AQUASHADE...cannot say it enough. Of course after 3 years all the muddy waters have settled since the pond is built. Here's a few pictures, we still have work to do around pond and house. We have three willow trees and seven vergreen trees to make like a privacy fence later. Behind the house I have all my fruit trees and things like that. I wanted to see all what y'all put in your pond for ideas for mine. First picture is 2007 (2nd pond year) others are this past July. Nothing like having your own private little resort of sorts.
