Looks like a nice project. Make sure your construction contractor does as much as possible to make trenches, humps, brush piles, etc, before the lake fills. Take root-balls and locate them on points and transitional areas to attract fish. Lot's of operators like to have a clean bowl-shaped lake bottom when they finish, but the fish disagree. Hope it works out according to plan.
