Those nests look real easy to build. They are essentially rectangular boxes. I'm not much of a wood worker but made some bluebird houses out of cedar fencing materials. I hinged the top for clean out and used an inexpensive hole cutter with my drill motor for the opening. I bet you could find some plans. I have less than $5.00 per box in mine.
