The pacu died but I didn't see any tilapia so I think pacu die first. I found them still twitching so I cleaned them. One hard fish to clean. They are tough and had more fat in them than I have ever seen in a fish. It looked like the white part of bacon. It was cold and the fat was all over the meat, my hands, knife, and board. I have no hot water in my shop so I had to bring everything in to clean.
They weighed 6.5 and 7.5 pounds.
Has anyone other than Rad eaten their pacu?
