The guy is an ex con and has been run out of a lot of places. He almost got me many years ago. I was a total rookie and ordered from him. Then I started checking. I called to cancel the order and he told me that he was going to dump the fish at my front gate. He also promised me a first rate butt whuppin but declined to make an appointment.

If you call, he will tell you that he owns a hatchery in Arkansas and is upset at the fish trucks buying from him and then charging high prices to the customer.
