bbjr, I would reach out to someone on the forum who lives in an adjacent state, and I would solicit their help in receiving the contraban. Then I would go that person's pond, with a bucket of live bait, and fish their pond (with permission of course), then I would collect my package and depart.
Of course, I would bring a case of Milwaukee's Best Light as a gift to the complicit party. You the man, Sunil. Hey, Brettski, ya need a hand at your pond?
