Keep on pumpin' and throw in about 2-4 hundred pounds of HYDRATED lime----NOT Ag lime and be prepared to move some dead fishies. Personally,I'd put in a ton of hydrated lime to make DARN sure they ALL died!
Others will have suggestions as well I'm sure.
It would also be a wonderful time to add structure or do some renovations if needed.(like breaching the dam to install a never used drain pipe)
It would also be a great opportunity to start a new pond construction thread with lots and LOTS of pics!
Also, do you know if the carp are common (most likely) or grass (White Amur)? Other ? would be how they got in the pond to begin with....
