I just got two more inches of rain, the 3/4 acr pond has been 1/2 to 3/4 full for three weeks. Had been 1/8- 1/4 full for several months. Do I have to wait until it's completely full and how long do I need to wait to put in fish.
I was thinking of going ahead and putting in minnows now, then in the spring add Bluegill, Small mouth bass, and small catfish, I don't know how many of each to buy and when to do it. Please advise. Thanks,

You can put fish in now assuming the pond will hold at 1/2 full or more. I don't know your goals so I can't comment on a stocking plan except to say that adding 10 lbs of FHs will fit into any plan using the fish you stated.

BG, SMB, & CC in 3/4 ac. Are you going to feed your fish? We also need to know what your goals for the pond are. Do you want fast growth big SMB or lots of 1# - 2# SMB?
The CC should be fed along with the BG for good growth of both. It would be real nice to put in feed trained SMB though I don't know a source. So far as the numbers to stock, I'll leave that to the guys that know.
I only stocked 100 SMB in 2.5+ac pond in the spring of 07 & I now have SMB pushing 18".

Iguess I'll wait a few weeks to see if it will hold at 1/2 full but go ahead and get some FHM's soon. I do want to feed the fish some for sure, and have really nice size catches. Many catches will most likely be released though early on. I want a lot of fish, really fat and available : )

You know, that's what we all want. It can take some pretty thorough management to keep things that way. Yes, you can throw fish back at first. However like our Grand Poobah, Lusk, says "A pond is like a garden. You have to harvest to keep it in good shape.".
It's not about the fish. It's about the pond. Take care of the pond and the fish will be fine. PB subscriber since before it was in color.

Oooooh I can't wait to eat my own fish, at least I know where it's been!!!

I would think its never to early to plant forage, (any minnows, scuds, frogs or other small critters).
